Cucito Salame is Vecchio Varzi’s top-of-the-range. Its superior quality stems from a mix of fine cuts, spices and natural flavours based on an age-old recipe; a skin made of hand-stitched double pork gut, required to withstand its prolonged curing (80-100 days) and a slower fermentation process.
